Industrial Unit

Industrial Unit

Industrial unit of 1500 square feet for light industrial use. Two storey office block provided to front elevation.

Construction used - steel frame supported on mass concrete foundations. Building clad with artificial stone and plastic coated metal sheets to workshop and facing brick to offices. Site enclosed with metal palisade fencing.
